Stewart DrakeGuitar

Stewart's love affair with the guitar began in his native Falkirk, Scotland in the Mid 1970s, when he picked up the guitar as a kid and began listening to the British blues-based rock bands of the time, mainly Free and Led Zeppelin.
In his late teens and early 20s, Stewart played, recorded and toured with some notable original high-energy rock acts, including Speakeasy and Stealer. Stewart toured across the U.K. with these acts and wrote numerous songs that bridged rock with the emerging punk sound that went on to sweep the western world. Stewart continued to play guitar with numerous original and cover bands across Britain until he emigrated to Canada in the late 1980s.
Once in Canada, Stewart joined Toronto-based "The Outskirts" and played extensively in clubs and bars across Toronto. He went on to play in a multitude of bands, including several Celtic, Rock & Country outfits.
After taking many years off from live musicianship for both career and family, Stewart began playing in country-oriented Pistol Dawn and Classic Rockers Labyrinth
But Stewart never lost touch with his love of high-energy rock.
In early 2011, Stewart  joined forces with Rob, Lloyd & Kev to create the unique sound “Fitzy” has today.

Kevin PownallBass

Growing up in the east end of Scarborough, Kevin started to play guitar at the age of 11 and it wasn't  long until he performed his first of many gigs at school and local community centres. By his late teens, he made the switch to bass that earned him a spot in a successful touring tribute  band, playing clubs and bars more reserved for the bigger recording acts. With an interest in the technical aspects of music making, he enrolled in an audio engineering program in his early 20's. Graduating in the top 3, he already had a full time job lined up at a local Toronto studio. After a long hiatus from the bass, and now in his mid 40's, he has once again picked up his "Axe" to join Fitzy, a straight ahead no nonsense hi energy rock & roll band from the Burlington area. Influenced by Geddy Lee, and the late John Entwhistle, his style of play gives the band a thunderous and solid bottom end. "It's an exciting time for us now and as an older player getting back to Good Ol' Rock & Roll has always been my dream."

Lloyd MillarDrums

From a very young age Lloyd has had a fascination for music, specifically Rock and in terms of the instrument of choice there was only one and that was Drums.  He started playing in bands with childhood friends at the age of 14 and never looked back.  Through late teens and early twenties he was touring the country, recording and playing as many gigs as possible and still has that passion all these years later.

After all the projects Lloyd has been involved with over the years he is especially excited to be a member of FITZY working with this lineup is so rewarding and to say it is fun would be a colossal understatement. Lloyd has always believed that in order to succeed in any venture it is key to surround yourself with the best people and these Boys are that!!!
